The Crossroads of Anjuna, Goa

Nelson’s Bar is, or was, a rather popular spot to to sit and drink, an institution of sorts.  The British ex-pats living in Goa favored this spot, as the owner was an agreeable chap who extended credit to anyone and was usually paid when their money came together. Many a story were told, many a fight took place here, and thankfully the walls can't talk. 

The location was good, as sitting on the porch, one could observe the comings and goings of nearly everyone who lived in the scene, and keep track of the comings and goings of the illicit trade taking place during those times.
